If you would like to get involved in any aspect of church life, whether this is on a Sunday morning or during the week, there are a number of ways of doing this:
You can submit a form on the How Can I Help? page which gives a range of different ways in which you can get involved.
Visit the relevant web page of the organisation or activity you are interested in getting involved with. There should be a specific email address or other contact information on that page. Then send an email with your contact details and a message of how you would like to get involved.
