
It’s good to stay fit and healthy, physically as well as spiritually. For that reason we have a Saturday morning fitness club called Fit4All. It’s an opportunity to meet at the church at 9am every Saturday morning to participate in a wide variety of fitness activities.
If you are into running, there is a jogging club that sets out from the church for a 45-50 minute run round the local community.
If you like walking, there is a group that sets out from the church on a 50 minute walk together.
And if you are up for some keep fit sessions, there is a good workout that takes place in the main hall at the church, led by one of our own church family members.
Around 10am, when everyone comes back from their run, walk or keep fit session, we gather together for a cup of tea, coffee or much needed water, and take some time to catch our breath and to catch up with one another too.
What better way to kick start your weekend and to blow away the cobwebs. It’s open to all ages and all fitness levels.
