We love being part of the church family at Muckamore. As a young married couple, we find helpful teaching and faithful friends which spur us on in our every day lives.
Throughout the week this involves being employed as a classroom assistant in a local Primary School (Sarah) and working for Scripture Union as a Secondary Schools Worker across Northern Ireland (Rick).
For us, church is much more than a Sunday morning. Being part of a Network house group helps us build and develop meaningful relationships with people who we can share life and faith with.
But we don’t just want to get lots from the church. We want to play our part in the community. For us, this means involvement as youth leaders through Pulse, as well as playing a small part in the music ministry on Sunday mornings. We are striving to contribute to the Muckamore church family and helping young people to find their place within that.
Having met for the first time at church as teenagers, we are obviously very thankful for Muckamore for this reason as well!!
